From outside Kingston (see map below)
Take Highway 401 to exit 623 and go south on Highway 15 towards
Kingston. After about 7 km Highway 15 will end at Highway 2; turn right. At
this point you'll be heading down a hill with a panoramic view of the city of
Kingston unfolding in front of you. At the bottom of the hill is a traffic
light; turn right at the light then take your first left into the Sports Centre
parking lot. If you come to the river you've gone too far.
From Kingston by car
From the corner of Princess and Ontario Streets go north on
Ontario and follow the road as it swings east across the Lasalle Causeway. At
the first traffic light turn left, then take your first left into Sports Centre
parking lot.
From Kingston by foot or unicycle
From the corner of Princess and Ontario Streets go north on
Ontario and follow the road as it swings east across the the Lasalle Causeway,
keeping to the sidewalk on the eastbound side. About 300 metres past the
causeway you'll see a pedestrian overpass. Use this to cross the road then
follow the sidewalk to the Sports Centre entrance.
