Club Swinging (Workshop)

Club swinging originated in the Indian Army as a physical conditioning exercise and used relatively heavy clubs. Modern club swinging is performed with standard juggling clubs and involves swifty, fluid movement of the clubs, arms and body in a presentation that's somewhere between modern dance and martial arts. In this workshop you will learn some of the basic club swinging moves as well as more advanced techniques. You will need two clubs to participate; a few will be available at the workshop.
